Years of proven plastic shell long-term outdoor and low temperature environment may cause deformation cracking, fading discoloration, as well as module itself does not have the cooling capacity and other defects. These issues are the performance characteristics of the plastic material itself, and in the long-term outdoor application environment that can not be overcome. Display module SMD plastic shell screen applications continue to prevent further enhance the quality of the SMD display, forming SMD-screen technology development bottleneck.
       The division SMD outdoor screen display module masks are made of aluminum material and the bottom mold forming. And thermal conductivity of the Division SMD bracket matching, to achieve the following effects:
      1.Aluminum Bottom: Aluminum Bottom Bracket matching with SMD thermal design, heat generated by the SMD chip high thermal conductivity silver metallic (silver thermal conductivity 429w/mk, copper 401w/mk; aluminum 237w/mk; PCB board 16 w / mk) stand directly transmitted to the aluminum pan, and because the chip directly fixed on the bracket, stand in close contact with the aluminum pan (area greater than 5m m) short thermal path, low thermal resistance, heat transfer area, the entire aluminum Bottom are fins LED chip, SMD LED chip inside the heat via the aluminum pan and the temperature distribution of the bottom shell is only slightly higher than that of aluminum, the aluminum pan by changing the cooling conditions of the LED chip temperature can be controlled in a reliable range.
      2. Aluminum mask: a special force design and surface treatment makes the PVDF coating aluminum mask to keep the same type within a decade, no fading, no aging, while the mask is modular aluminum outer cooling surface.
