Remote control of the screen:

If you want to control your screen by internet, we will provide advertising software which enables internet streaming by a wired or wireless network.

The system is based on a Browser/ Server platform. With a server installed in the internet or Ethernet, user can login the system just by enter the IP address of the server, and then upload and publish the video, images or text on the display. This B/S structure software maximum the flexibility to control the screen.

Based on module design, the function is powerful and user friendly:

Layout Design Module
Sophisticated graphical scheduling, playing list planning, drag and pull drawing constitute the base module. Template lay-out or industry standard application can either be routed to the intended PowerNet player or per your plan. This is all you need to get started with your own digital billboard project.

Content Management Module
Content elements are easily managed within the graphic, text and video types’ folder. Prior to the media contents published to the audiences, supervisors may validate the campaign by content review, playing list confirmation and then decide to upload the files to the network.

Group Node Administration
This allows the creation of groups of nodes so that different kinds of content, schedules, and media program can be managed on a group level. Leave it to the system to propagate correct content to the correct groups.

System Administrator Module
If you need create your user accounts (unlimited numbers), change the roles of users or remotely tune individual node parameters, such as audio levels, display output parameters, etc. This module gives you those abilities.

Remote Management Module
This is the ability for a system administrator to monitor and manage the Network LED player to remote control. A complete system consists of a program that facilitates the continuous of variables such as microprocessors utilization, content element’s size and the network MAC address. The Program also allows for such remote operations as rebooting, shutdown, troubleshooting, on (off) line status, and video volume control. A single system can be used with more than one server with out the need for on-site staff at any of the player’s locations.

Reporting Logs
This module enables logging of every system event. It permits the creation of an audit trail for all schedule entries that are played, all exceptional situation that relate to the health of the nodes, network or content.

SERVER REQUIREMENT:

In order to find the server in internet, the server should have a static IP address. When the system runs in Ethernet, the server also needs a interior static IP address. Two situations for wireless control:

1st. The control PC connect to internet through a wireless network
In this occasion, the computer can be placed outside the control room, such as in the display frame. Operator can control it via a laptop. Diagram shows as below:

2nd. the control PC connect to a wired network

The operator can control the display by a wireless internet.

FUNCTION

1. All hardware devices are complying with CE certification.
2. The Power Distribution unit is controlled by the programmable logic controller, and power load draw power from grids step by step. In this way, it will reduce the current impact for power grids caused by the LED screen system.
3. Programmable logic controller communicates with computer, start instruction is issued by the operation computer without manually switching button. At the same time the status information and fault information of the main switch is sent back to the computer network, by which the network can monitor the power switch.
4. By adding over-current, short circuit, open circuit, overvoltage, under-voltage, temperature and other protective devices, and adding the necessary instruction equipments, the power distribution unit can facilitate the inspection of faults and has anti-static, anti-seismic and other functions.
5. Protection ground wire to earth resistance is less than 4 ohms, the earth resistance of electronic communication equipment is less than 1 ohm ,it adopts the three-phase five-wire power supply system. Also a signal ground is needed, which is independent of the protective ground; it can be used by the network systems and distributed control systems. Power lightning protection depends on LED screen, line lightning protection design and distribution system solutions.

1.   Assemble the cabinets on the structure.
2.   Connect the UTP cables between cabinets.

6.    Connect the COM cable between Sending card and   computer.
7.    Connect the UTP cables between Sending Card and Receiving Card.
8.    Turn on control computer.

10.   Turn on LED display.
11.   Set the display mode in “clone mode” in the window of Graphic Card properties.

• 1 Q: Do you also provide the base or LED display structure?
• A: Generally speaking, we only supply the display product. For a project product like steel structure, cooling air conditioner, we can supply however the cost is very high considering the shipping and installation. Thus we suggest our valued customer make the structure locally. As a solution provider, we will provide a full set of technical drawing including steel structure, power connection diagram, and system diagram to our customer. The service is FREE. What you need to do is just submit your detailed requirements.
• 2 Q: Who will install the display?
• A:  Our customer would install the sign themselves, with the help of an installation manual provided by LAMP, the instruction of the software is also included in the manual .It’s simple and easy to follow the instruction step by step. However, when the sign’s dimension has reached to 50-70m2, we suggest sending an engineer to oversee the project for you. Of course, you have to afford the cost accordingly.
• 3 Q: What is the warranty of our full color LED display?
• A: We provide two years warranty for our products. That means two years of factory labor and components is provided for free, however the customer should pay for the round shipping cost for broken parts.
• 4 Q: Are there any software updates for the large led display?
• A: Yes, all the software and updated software are provided for free.

• Q: What are the synchronous and asynchronous system?
• A:  If the medium is synchronous, then the interaction that occurs takes place in real time. It means the LED display can show the same thing that appears on PC monitor. We have synchronous controller such as LINSN,COLORLIGHT,DBSTAR Delayed, or asynchronous, communication is any transfer of information that is stored or archived and then later accessed. You can store the information into SD card or other storage media. Then take PC away, the program can play automatically. We normally use LYTEC for asynchronous controller.
• 2 Q: What is the maximum distance between data sending card (or PC) to data receiving card ?
• A:  CAT-5 cable ≤140m

• 3 Q: Do you have wireless control system? How to operate?

• 1 Q: What kind of tests will you have before delivery ?
• A: Appearance test, Electricity function test, Hi & Low Temperature test, waterproof test, vibration test, aging test, etc.
• 2 Q: How would you take the Hi & Low Temperature test?
• A: We have a professional Hi & Low temperature test workshop. We take samples from a batch of products, and test them as follows:
  a. Keep the product working under the temperature of (50±2) ℃ for 8 hours, check it once an hour and record the data.
  b. Keep the product working under the temperature of (-20±2) ℃ for 8 hours, check it once an hour and record the data.
  c. Store the product under the temperature of (60±2) ℃ for 4 hours and recover it under room temperature for 4 hours, check it and record data.
  d. Store the product under the temperature of (-30±2) ℃ for 4 hours and recover it under room temperature for 4 hours, check it and record data.
  e. Keep the product working under the temperature of (50±2) ℃ and related humidity of 87%~93% for 8 hours, check it once an hour and record the data.
  f. Store the product under the temperature of (60±2) ℃ and related humidity of 87%~93% for 8 hours, then recover it under room temperature for 4 hours, check it and record the data.
• 3 Q: Would you test all of your goods or some of them?
• A: Regarding different product, testing is different. For example, all the trailer screen need to take a vibration test more than 20 hours, and all the outdoor screens need to take the waterproof test. For standard products, we test the first trial products instead of testing all goods.
• 4 Q: How would you guarantee the screen can show the same display effect when it arrives customer’s place?
• A: We recorded the best effect parameters of the software and hardware, and give it to customers. As long as customers install the screen following the steps of User’s manual, the effect would be same as it in factory.
• 5 Q: How would you know the screen will not go bad after a long time use?
• A: When we have aging test, we will put the screen in an environment similar to the final working place, such as the weather, brightness, etc.
• 6 Q: How would you take the vibration test?
• A: Put the goods onto our professional test machine, and set the vibration rate as 250RPM more than 2 hours and then check it.
• 7 Q: Which kind of problem is the most frequently occurred in aging test?
• A:  Blind LED, controller problems, some rows or columns out of control, image disorderly, etc.

  10 .One cabinet does not work	a. No power input b. No signal input c. Receiving card is broken (For b & c, green lamps on receiving card is not flashing)	a. Check power input b. Check UTP input cable or the output of previous output UTP cable c. Replace receiving card with new one
  11.One cabinet display different color with other cabinet	a. Receiving card is loaded with wrong RCG file or broken b. Hub board is broken c. Power supply broken	a. Set RCG file again or replace a new one b. Replace a hub board c. check the power supply and change a new one
  12.One module does not work	a. No power input b .No signal input c. Module is broken	a. Check if the module connected with DC power b. Check input flat cable or the output flat cable of previous module c. Replace with new one
  13.One module shows abnormal picture	Some IC are broken or not soldered well	Replace a new module
  14. LED is lighting constantly or fade	LED Lamp is broken	Replace a new module

• A:  We will test all of the accessories, including system, cables, brightness sensor card, and video processor and so on before delivery.
• 9 Q: How long will you take the aging test?
• A: Not less than 72 hours.

• A:  IQC: for material quality control
  QE: for following the producing process, record the problems and improve it in the future.
  IPQC: for checking the quality of every step.
