In some installations, there's very limit space behind of the led screen, or even no space at all. For this kind of installations, it's impossible to choose the common led screen with back doors.
 
As one of the front service solutions, We boosted the front open lid type led displays into the market.
The front open lid type is especially suitable to the led display signs, with the height less than 2m.
 
Actually besides for the satisfaction of the installation requirement, it gives great maintenance convenience to the clients.
Also, it could be designed as double sided led screen.
 
Coming with the reduction of led display cost, the led displays even the high definition led displays are gradually accepted by any individual person who would like to promote the product, but not only the big advertising companies.
It is sure that in future, more and more small size led displays would be seen around the streets.
And the front open lid type is definitely a good solution to it.
 
Features
Nowadays in market, there are some other manufacturers supplying the front open lid led displays. But from our market investigation we do find most of which the designs are not well considered.
In fact, comparing with the led displays with back doors, it's much more difficult to design the front open lid type led displays.
Here's the key points need to be well considered:
1. Safety - When the lid open, the operator would stand "inside" the led display cabinet. We must ensure 100% the safety of the operator.
2. Waterproof - For the front open lid type led displays, there's no protection between the "lid" and "body", as well, the "lid" couldn't be designed embedded into the "body". So all the water leakage possibility gives a lot of difficulty on the waterproof design, and the requirement on the waterproof capability must be higher than the common back service led screen.
3. Convenience - Besides for the maintenance convenience, we must consider the convenience of programming the led screen, because it's impossible to hire somebody dedicated for such a small led screen sign. A great idea is to let the client just sit in office or home, program the led screen with the laptop, from a long distance and achieve all that via wireless.
 
Structure
So easy to install the front open lid led display sign.
The installation accessory is brackets to be assembled on the rear side of the sign body.
With it, you could assemble the front open lid led sign onto a wall, or assemble it onto a pillar.
 
Front Service LED video Screen - front access module
Doubs that the "front open lid" type is a very good front service led display sign solution. But if the led screen is higher than 2m, it would be very difficult to design the front open lid type, as the "lid" with led modules assembled would be too heavy for the barometric leg to afford.
 
For example of this installation:
There would be no maintenance service channel behind of the led screen, as the installation would need the led screen surface level up with the glass around of it.
As well, it is very high.
 
Above is the description of one circumstance. There are also other circumstances, for example if you're going to design a high and double-sided led display screen, and there would be no space between the 2 sides.
For example of this installation:
It doesn't mean that the "front access module" type front service solution is only for the portrait type led display screen.
In fact, there's no restrict with the led screen size. You could build the big size led displays with "front access modules".

front access modules" are actually combined with the "back door service" or the "front open lid" led cabinets.
The "back door service" solution and the "front open lid" solution are based on the led cabinet design. But the "front access module" solution is based on the led module design.
The common led modules are assembled onto the cabinet from the rear side, but the "front access modules" are assembled on the the cabinet from the front side.
 
We will only recommend the "front access modules" solution when:
1. The height of the screen is ＞ 2m.
2. Impossible to leave a room ≥ 80cm, behind of the led display screen.
