EMC LED Display Test Standard
CE Testing includes EMC and LVD.And EMC is used to describe how well a device or system is able to function according to requirements in an electromagnetic environment without introducing electromagnetic disturbances that interfere with the operation of other electrical products in the environment. So, EMC has requirements on two issues:
1) It refers to the EMI generated to the environment by the device when this device functions regularly can not pass a certain data.
2) EMS (Immunity): The device has a certain degree immunity to the Electromagnetic Interference in the environment, i.e. susceptibility.
Radiation Emission Measurement
Injected Currents Susceptibility Test
Electrostatic Discharge Test
RF Strength Susceptibility Test
Voltage Dips and Interruption Immunity Test
Electrical Fast Transient / Burst Test
Surge Test
EMC LED Display Design:
Precise and Aesthetic Structure Design, Class-B Residential Standard , Stable and Reliable Product Performance
1. The Entire EMC Design scheme is leading in the same business line, cabinet structure design is simple but rigorous.
2.In the series of tests of CE, RE, Harmonic / Flicker Measurement, Electrostatic Discharge Test(ESD), RS, Surge Test, all the products shows the outstanding performance.
3. Especially in the test of Radiation Emission Measurement(RE), based on the Europe Norm EN55022 class-B, still leave a gap of 6DB to reach the standard limit 30DB.
4. The design scheme mainly resolve the EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) through the special design of PCB, module, filter and wires, shielding and connecting on the structure.
5. The cabinet is with nice wire arrangement and connecting and the product is with steady performance.
6. The processing procedures for EMC design are simple, which can help mass production well as well as little quality difference.
7. High refresh frequency and gray scale (16bit), and support flaw points checking.
