I have listed the answers to some questions about our full color led display screen. If yourquestion is not answered in the following pages ,please fell free to contact

What is the warranty and after sales service of our products?
Warranty and After Sales Service
1. Warranty of products and maintenance service.
The seller guarantees all LED displays, LED modules,matched parts for two full year and lifelong
maintenance.The seller takes full responsibility to change or repair defective parts for free during
warranty time as soon as the seller confirm that the damage is not caused by manual operation
fault, the seller will delivery the good parts for free to buyer by air in 3 days for replacement.
The seller also offers extra spare parts of the total quantity for easy and convenient
maintenance ,the spare parts include LED modules, mask of LED modules, LEDs, driver ICs,
power suppliers,cooling fans,data cables,power cables,net cables and etc ,the spare parts will
be shipped out together with the goods.The seller also offers complete set of accessories such
as joint metal,screws, nuts ,keys and etc for fixing up cabinets , all are free of charge.If the buyer
need more spare parts and extra data sending cards or data receiving cards, the seller can offer
at cost price.
If the buyer want to prolong the warranty time, it is available , additional cost is negotiable.
The buyer can also send defective parts to factory for free maintenance during warranty time,
the buyer pay the shipping freight of returning the defectives to factory, the seller pay the
shipping freight of sending back repairs to buyer.
In order to offer better lifelong maintenance service to the buyer,after warranty time,the seller
also takes responsibility to change or repair defective parts, the seller only charge cost of raw
material for the maintenance ,the seller can also send new spare parts at cost price. The buyer
undertake all shipping freight for back and forth.
The seller will do strict test and check the LED displays before delivery, if possible the buyer
can also send engineer to the seller’s factory for inspection before shipping.
2. Technical consultation and support.
The seller provides lifetime consultation by E-mail, call, MSN or other ways for free.
If needed ,the seller can send technician to the buyer’s place to offer technical support on site,
the buyer pay the relevant cost to technician such as Visa ,air ticket and other travel charge
for back and forth ,food and accommodation and etc.
3. Free technical training.
The seller provides 7-days technical training for free in factory, which contains the operation training and
maintenance training,the buyer can send engineer to the seller’s factory in ShenZhen city .
4. Documents and Certifications.
The seller provides the operation manual, software and so on.
The seller provides all kinds of certifications such as CE, RoHs, CCC,FCC,ETL, EMC ,ISO9001:2008 and so on.
5. CAD Drawing and Installation.
The seller can provide CAD frame drawing and expert suggestions on how to install the display for free if needed.

What brand of LEDs do my factory use?
We are using Nichia,Cree,Silan,Epistar, OptoTech and other famous brands LEDs .Nichia guarantees
the color and temperature consistency ,It has the
smallest illuminating area ,it also has the best beam characteristics and white color balance.
But the overall price is much higher than other LED brands . Cree LED’s quality is also
guaranteed,its price is lower than Nichia.Silan LEDs are made in mainland China, It is Chinese
famous brand with big market share.Its quality is ok, its price is the best. Epistar, OptoTech LEDs
are made in China TaiWan, the price is also very good.
How can I get my goods after you finish production?
If you have appointed shipping carrier, the carrier can pick up goods at our factory or we send
goods to the carrier’s appointed sea port or air port.
If not,my factory can find a reliable carrier to deliver goods by ship,air or truck to your destination
air port,sea port or your home.
when deciding the size of the LED display screen,What should I consider ?
1. What is the minimum watching distance and then decide the size of the display according to
the actual space.
2. Pixel pitch and resolution
3. The space for installation and maintenance(front access or rear access the cabinet)
4. The angle from the display to the ground
What are the requirements for brightness according to environmental brightness?
General requirements for the brightness of display screen are as follows:
1. Indoor:>800CD/M2
2. Semi indoor: >2000CD/M2
3. Outdoor( facing North):>4000 CD/M2
4. Outdoor( facing south,bright sunshine light upon the screen) >8000CD/M2
What is the nominal life span of our full color LED display screen?
If the LED display screen is used properly and with good care,
the nominal life span is about 100,000 hours, about 11 years.
What is the general ratio of width and hight for the display?
Picture and text: subject to what you want to show.
Video display: normally it is 4:3 or near this proportion. Ideal proportion is 16:9.
What is the control distance with wire?
Control distance:
Master LAN CAT5 cable:＜100 m
Multi-mode Optical fiber :＜500 m
Single-mode Optical fiber :＜15000 m
The way to realize remote network control is following :
control computer A stays with the screen to control it directly,computer A is connected to internet ,
It has its own IP address, you can control the screen by computer B (connected to internet )
through web IP access computer A , that means your computer B control computer A to realize remote
control led displays. so anytime and anywhere ,world wide, there is a chance to see from a different
location online what the screen is playing live. This control way is most popular and cost effective in the world .
In which applying place should I choose high refresh rate?
Common Indoor full color LED displays , refresh rate 180 – 600HZ is enough.
Common outdoor full color LED displays , refresh rate 300 – 1200HZ is enough.
High Refresh Rate above 600 HZ : this feature is important to avoid flickering and blurry images when the
LED screen is photographed or recorded with a video camera. But high refresh rate means high cost.So if a LED screen is not used for photographing or recording with a video camera,
it is no need to be of very high refresh rate, common refresh rate is enough.Customer do not need to pay extra money for white elephants,that is Ben’s sincere advice.

1. DVI graphics card interface is in line with international standards for the computer interface
2. No need to open the chassis, can be easily installed;

To save your money,it is recommended that you make the base or structure on the place
itself where you are going to place the LED display screen itself. We can offer the schemes
and diagrams made by our engineers for free on how it must be constructed with cooling
systems included. But for that we need to know exactly what you need and how you want
it to be constructed.
Are there any software updates for the led display screen?
Yes, we offer software-updating .
What is the average delivery time of products?
The average delivery time is about 15 -25 working days. If you order a very large size screen,
it may take longer time,it depends on your detail order.
Why it takes longer time to produce outdoor led display screen ?
1. procurement of raw materials: purchasing the led takes long time, specially when you have
to import , it takes even longer time.
2. the complexity of production process: subject to PCB design, production casing, irrigation
plastic, tune white balance, etc.;
3. the structure of demanding: the general design for the cabinets, need to consider wind, rain,
thunder lightning and so on.
What is the common control system of LED display?
The type of control system depends on your applying occasion, such as outdoor advertising,
live broadcasting and so on, there are different control systems, here are some pictures .
Can we provide a full color led display screen with audio?
Yes ,we can provide audio amplifier, speakers, video/audio switch, tuning equipment and
a DVD ,a video processor if necessary. Of course these are optional devices.
What video inputs can I get with a full color led display screen ?
You will be able to connect any device to the full color led display sign supporting DVI,
Composite Video, VGA, and S-Video.
What video sources can I use with the full color led display screen?
The video sources are DVD’s, VCD’s, VCR’s, TV’s, Camera with PAL/NTSC standard.
Is it possible to transmit live video through the led display screen?
Yes, you can transmit live video and VGA through the LED display with a video processor.
How to properly use & maintenance LED displays ?
1,Turn-on & turn-off secret.
Before you turn on LED display, please turn on control computer at first. Only after the
computer runs control system can the user turn on LED display,
When turn-off, please turn off LED display at first, then computer.
Please remember the order, if you break the rule, you may shorten the life span or damage
the LED lamps due to high voltage or current shock.
2, The working time from turn-on to turn-off should be longer than 5 minutes.
3, Please do not play whole bright-white images on LED display, in that case max current shock may damage LED lamps , please
play videos full of dark red,blue or green ,less bright-white images,the power consumption will be less ,you will save a lot of money on electricity.
So when you make advertisements video, the less bright-white images,the better.
That is Ben’s sincere advice.
4, If the environment temperature is too high and the heat-sinking is not very good , please do not play LED display for long time.
5, Please clean the whole LED display at least once half a year. Get rid of dust and other rubbish.
6, Please check each fastening and fixing parts from time to time to make sure everything goes well.
LED display also need proper daily maintenance like car. If you want your display to run for long
time in good condition, please take good care of it.
